the vortex

working with my advisor in the music department, and the technician of the visual art department, we set up this 8 channel sound studio i have dubbed 'the vortex'. sound becomes all enveloping, pushing the limits of perception to new heights, experiencing a greater spectrum of sound and dimensionality. i am very fortunate to work in such an environment, and am very thankful for the opportunity to expand my horizons.

the wildwood library

In late october i got to work on part of a crew painting interior details in the wildwood lodge in snowmass village, colorado. it was a tedious process, but was very rewarding to see the finished product. in the end the sign painter from the new belgium brewery came in and titled the "books" freehand, which was amazing to witness.
